Part of ETC's mission is to share our love and knowledge of the arts, so we are always excited to work with new energy and talent! We value consistency and growth; our interns and volunteers tend to try on many hats.  Several have gone on to become integral parts of the ETC team.

Thanks to the generosity of the Los Angeles County Arts Commission and the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, we recently have been able to offer paid Summer Arts Internships to promising candidates. We also offer school credit and are open to creating flexible positions that work for everyone.
